4 months

Wesley turned 4 months on April 22nd. He learns new things everyday. He squeals (very loudly), talks, grabs objects that are in front of him, and trys to crawl. He enjoys tummy time more and more each day. When you place him on his tummy he will try to scoot along by placing his knees under him, but his arms are not ready yet.
At his dr's appointment this month they told us that we could try and start vegetables. So on Wednesday night we tried squash and he loved it, he would raise his eyebrows with each new spoonful.
Here are his new stat's:
Length- 25 1/4 inches 75th percentile
Weight- 18.0 1/2 lbs. 90 percentile

Easter

This was Wesley's first Easter. We got up on Easter morning to find that the Easter bunny had dropped off Wes a few gifts; two books and a pair sunglasses. His grandparents were leaving to go back home this morning as well. He spent all weekend with them running around town.

Wesley's first picture with the Easter Bunny. He did not seem to mind sitting in the bunnies lap.
Daddy and Wes in front of the water feature at church.

Waiting for the service to begin.
Wesley decided that he needed to take a break while waiting on the Easter bunny, so he sat on a bunny made of grass. He was not sure what to think about it.

Mom and Wes waiting to see the bunny.

What a handsome boy. Man he sure looks more and more like his daddy every day. He was not sure what to think about his new shoes.

The family picture at church. This was Wesley's first time to attend church. He slept through the majority of the service.

Update 3 months 3 weeks

Wesley has been learning new things everyday. He now enjoys tummy time, well some what. He can lift his head at a 90 degree angle and look at everything around him. He loves to talk and squeal at everything. Wes is starting to swat at his toys and grab things.

He is now eatting rice cereal at night before bath time. As you can see Wesley is loosing his dark brown hair. His hair will probably come back blonde like his dad's.

On Wednesday afternoon Wesley rolled over for the first time, tummy to back, to see the mobile on his crib.

Exciting News!!!

Over the last month Mark and I have been contemplating an offer given to Mark by his company. Mark was given the opportunity to relocate to Oklahoma City for a Senior Geologist position. After a long time of disscusing the relocation we decided it would be a good and exciting move for us.

We are excited to get to experience four seasons.

Mark's first day in Oklahoma is June 1st. We are in the process of selling our home, hopefully it will sell before we leave.
